Ok. So I'm not a n00b to Amahi but I am certainly no expert. I've had an existing amahi machine that I recently started messing around with. Everything works except I cannot access the HDA Dashboard. I must have broken something when I went to update the machine manually (yum update) or installed the Web Apps app. I tried restarting everything on the network (including the hda) but I am still unable to access the HDA dashboard. I tried the interactive troubleshooter and failed at step 8. Here is my error log: https://da.gd/BXWBF
In my novice opinion, it looks as if apache/http service has failed to even start. I tried a couple things I found on the forum, but didn't see anything exactly like my issue. This is an Amahi 7 install. Thanks for your help!
SOLVED: Cannot access HDA Dashboard
Re: Cannot access HDA Dashboard
Recommend you see bug 2180.In my novice opinion, it looks as if apache/http service has failed to even start.
BTW, we no longer provide support for Amahi 7. You may need to upgrade to the Amahi 9 if all else fails.
Happy to try and assist, but might want to be prepared for the worst. Although not recommended, you could upgrade to Amahi 8, then Amahi 9 without reinstall. I have see it work for some.

Re: Cannot access HDA Dashboard
I've updated my system already so that's not an issue and I don't have an AMD cpu. I have considered updating/reinstalling to the latest version, but I'm trying to figure out what to do with all the data in my storage pool and how to migrate it. seriously considering jumping ship to freenas too.
Re: Cannot access HDA Dashboard
You can upgrade without reinstall. It's worked well for most and data would not need to be moved.I have considered updating/reinstalling to the latest version
That's your choice. I never had much luck with FreeNAS. I feel Amahi has a lot to offer, but you have to do what you feel is best to meet your needs.seriously considering jumping ship to freenas too.

Re: Cannot access HDA Dashboard
Ok, updated to Amahi 9 (which was pretty simple, 7->8->9), made sure everything was up to date (it was), rebooted for good measure, updated client ip address, and same error BUT to make it official https://da.gd/cBrw

Re: Cannot access HDA Dashboard
Did you have CUPS or Calendar apps installed at some point? There's files relating to those apps causing the issue.
Please provide the output of:
That's where the file is located causing the issue.

Re: Cannot access HDA Dashboard
Cups is installed and now I remember tinkering with it beforehand. I think thats why I installed the webapps to try and redirect it or something. I couldn't get it to view on any remote computers through http.
Here's my output, which doesn't mean anything to me. Thanks for your help!
