I must be doing something wrong, as I cannot change the ip on the HDA.
Right now I have:
Network 192.168.13.*
HDA IP Address 192.168.13.*
Network Gateway 192.168.13.*

It should be:
Network 192.168.0.*
HDA 192.168.0.*
Gateway 192.168.1.1

How do I change this?

You cannot change the HDA IP address. Only the third digit. See Change IP Address for how to use the hda-change-gw command.

Network 192.168.0.*
HDA 192.168.0.*
Gateway 192.168.1.1

BTW, I don't see how the network cannot be 0.* if the Gateway is 1.1. The link I provided allows changing the third digit which in turn will change the IP Address for all clients to align.
