SOLVED: Failed to connect to HDA port80; Connection Refused

There's your issue.

Try:

Code: Select all

systemctl restart httpd

If it still fails, then do:

Code: Select all

dnf update

Try the restart command again and it should be working. You can then access the dashboard.
