I have an issue with calendaring, when I click on a calendar from the list, I get a page load error - address not found - webcal can't be found. The files are there in the folder.
can anyone help?
cheers
Mike

it's possible the alias was not set up right. try this
i assume you are talking about webcal. otherwise that may not do much to fix your issue.

Thanks for the suggestion, it has made a difference but not fixed the issue. Rather than the error page I now end up on the setup page. The calendars are there as I can open in sunbird, but not in the browser.
cheers

you may need to restart the http server (as root):
and/or your browser, then try
this url or
this one.

Hmmm this is a little pest! I have tried restarting the server as you suggested, cleared the cache etc from the browser and still get the setup page. One interesting thing though, when I tried the second link, there was a flash of an image that obviously couldn't be displayed correctly then the setup page was displayed. The address bar still shows
http://hda/hda_app_webcal, and if I ctrl+f5 I get as described above, but if I f5 I only get the setup screen.

hmm.
try
http://webcal.home.com
(assuming home.com is your configured domain, change as appropriate).

Unfortunately no change. One thing I was wondering is, who should the owner of the calendar file be, and what permissions for other users?
Hold the phone!! I have reinstalled Webcal and it works!! Yay and thanks for your help.
Cheers

glad to hear!
that was my next suggestion. many people don't know how to reinstall an rpm, so i don't usually recommend that upfront.
