amahi is currently running on my dedicated server computer, DNS works, DHCP is working, everything has internet
i am unable to access dashboard or any app without using the ip address
for example to access the dashboard i need to type http://10.0.0.10
for apps like plex i need to manually type in http://10.0.0.10:32400/manage
except for on the terminal itself, when i go to desktop use all of the links are working

i have tried to change the dns settings in amahi dashboard as well as changing the ip address of the server
same issue
i am unable to turn off or change dns settings in my router without calling Comcast and having them do it remotely.
would that cause this issue to occur?
i would like to be sure that this is the problem before i have them change anything in the router

Yes that is your issue. The install guidance recommends you turn off the router DHCP/DNS and allow the HDA to perform those functions. You can modify the host file on all clients to point the IP address to HDA, but that is a work around at best and time consuming if you have a lot of clients.
