Broadband speed issues

Hey guys,

I have an odd one.

I'm on Virgin internet, 200mbps, and my server doesn't seem to be utilising the most it can provide.

Network overview:
Server + PC are both running from the Virgin media hub, gigabit ports on the hub, the PC and the server.

The server is an HP N40L

PC: 199.63mbps
Server: 96.44mbps

Both from the same speedtest host.

What do you guys think could be going on at the server end?
