Trying to set up SSL - stuck at step re:1026-ajaxplorer.conf

Hi there -

I have been working on setting up some of my webapps to be accessible outside of my network (owncloud, mainly), and I was reading about the importance of setting up SSL for such things. I started going through the steps here - https://wiki.amahi.org/index.php/Secure_App_Access, but I'm stuck at this step -
Find the file that has ajaxplorer in its name (i.e. 1026-ajaxplorer.conf)

I have nothing like that in /etc/httpd/conf.d/. I followed all of the steps leading up to that. Is there a prereq that I'm missing that was assumed when starting this steps?

I am on Amahi 7 using fedora.

Thanks!

That guidance may not work with Amahi 7. There are files for each app in /etc/httpd/conf.d or your apps would not be working.

I recommend using extreme caution with this guidance as it could break your HDA.

Oh wow - OK, well I'm glad I stopped when I hit a wall.

Is there a proper way to set up web apps to use SSL?

Thanks for all of your help! I love Amahi!

I have been looking for good guidance on the internet. It's hard to find something that appears to be solid.

Looking at the wiki guidance, it appears it should work. All web apps installed on Amahi have a .conf file in /etc/httpd/conf.d directory. If you follow the guidance, you should be able to make it work.

By "the wiki", you mean the wiki I was using initially?
