Restart a service via script from Windows PC

Postby modem7 » Wed Jul 04, 2012 10:32 am

Hey guys,

Is there any way to write a batch file or similar to restart a service from a Windows desktop on the HDA?

E.G. Double click > restarts DNS, Apache Web Server and Samba.

Can't quite figure out how to do it (from PuTTY, Batch or other).

Many thanks!

Not sure of that is possible. Recommend you do some googling. I am sure if it can be done, there will be something noted.
