Changing Amahi WORGROUP name

I have an Amahi server that got setup with the netbios name "WORKGROUP". It shows up on my network with this netbios name. Unfortunately all of the other machines on this network are member of a workgroup named "TANBARK". I'd like to change the name of the Amahi server so that it shows up in "TANBARK" workgroup instead of "WORKGROUP". Without having to totally rebuild the server, is there a way that I can change (netbios) "WORKGROUP" to "TANBARK" in the Amahi server setup? Thanks in advance for your help.

Ensure you have advanced settings enabled.
http://wiki.amahi.org/index.php/Advanced_Settings
Then select Setup-->Shares-->Settings and you will see the workgroup option there.

Ok. That worked great for sometime. But, recently I had to rebuild my server for reasons unrelated to Amahi. When I came up again on what I thought was the same setup, I notice d a netbios name of HDA and a netbios group of TANBARK.INTRANE (truncated). That corresponds to the home domain name of Tanbark.intranet that I created on my control panel setup. When I tried the procedure you recommended, I was able to change the Workgroup name in Amahi but I could see no effect anywhere else and the Netbios group name (which is what I think needs to be changed to my workgroup name) is unchange (from Tanbark.intrane). I must be missing something because it was so easy before and worked just as I wanted (HDA was memeber of same workgroup that other devices on my network were in).
Thanks in advance.

I am unsure I understand your problem. Keep in mind there may be a size limit to the work group name. Also they are typically set to 1 word. If this is not the problem, then please rephrase so I can better understand.
