Torrentflux port forwarding

Postby lip » Sat Apr 11, 2009 6:53 pm

Hi,
I'm trying to forward ports in my router for torrentflux that is running in amahi.
Torrentflux is working and I'm getting connections but it's awful slow. I'm wondering if the problem is that the ports are not being forwarded in the router.

Soo....I have tried fowarding the ports used in torrentflux in the router but everytime I do, the torrents cannot connect....I have forwarded the ports to amahi (192.168.0.10 for me)....I've used a port sniffer program to see if the router is forwarding the ports to an ip address they set and it works but not when i set the ip address to the amahi server...

Any ideas?

Thanks for the link but there was nothing there that helped...
However...it seems for whatever reason I didn't need the port forwarded as the speeds came back. I'm just curious why everything was blocked when I actually forwarded those ports?!
