VirtualBox 4 Fedora 12 Unable To Connect To Internet

I am trying to evaluate Amahi for a home server build. I have Amahi installed in a VM, but the VM cannot connect to the internet. That is to say, Firefox will not load any pages, and the Amahi apps page never loads. This may be a Virtual Box issue but I thought I would try here first. The Network settings within VirtualBox have all been tried, NAT allows me to ping outside websites, but Firefox still will not load any pages. The rest won't even let me ping google. I have turned DHCP off (and back on) but it doesn't seem to make a difference.
Here is the relevant info about my environment.
Host: Windows 7 64bit
VM: Virtualbox 4.0
Guest: Fedora 12 64bit
I am a .NET developer by trade, and I have been looking for an excuse to get my feet wet with Linux. Amahi seems like the excuse I have been looking for. I hope this works, but I need to prove it can do most of the things I want before I pull the trigger. Thanks!
