SOLVED: HP C309a and Dlink 625 Router not playing nice

Hello,
Need some advice here. I have an HP C309a wireless all in one printer and a Dlink 625 wireless router. When I moved over the DHCP leasing to the HDA server from the Dlink no machines can reach the printer other than the HDA. Even the router cannot ping the printer. The printer reports that it connects wirelessly fine to the router and gets an ip address.
Steps I have tried.
1) Set static ip for the printer. No change
2) Connected printer to different access point. This worked and printer becomes visible and pingable. (this is a linksys access point.)
Any body have an idea why connecting to the dlink drops the printer from being seen except by the HDA? I am stumped. Is there something I need to turn off on the Dlink?
Thanks,
Ken
