error_log is empty as I previously stated. I will post my IP config when I go home for lunch. I might try to reinstall Amahi... I have nothing to lose.

EDIT:

Formatted all systems (HDA, Desktop, Laptop)... Everything is working as expected. No problems this time around ;)

Although that was a bit of an extreme measure, I didn't mind b/c my laptop and desktop needed to be cleaned off a bit
