Can I set up Amahi server to utilize multiple NIC's for network access?

amahi assumes the LAN is in eth0.

if you want to use eth1/eth2/.../ethn for other purposes, amahi will not interfere with that.
however, all amahi services run in eth0 and assume there is no firewall.

the wiki explains how to use eth1 for the LAN.

I think he refers to ethernet bonding (bundling 2 ethernet ports together to act as one). and yes, that's possible... check it here.

You'll have to figure out how by yourself tho, I haven't written it up yet.
