I installed Amahi 7 on top of a fresh Ubuntu Server install and am having troubles getting my web browsing synced up with my HDA. Once I disable DHCP from my router, reboot the router and the server I can then access my server/hda folders via my Windows 7 network connection and can view /HDA in browser, but I cannot visit any website whatsover. I've been struggling with this and I am not that advanced in networking so I feel this is a major problem. Though, I did spend $25 on Amahi Applications that I would very much like to use. Anyone have a better guide that may be more suitable to my issues?
Also, I'm using a Belkin Router if that makes any difference.
Here's my Ipconfig from when I had DHCP disabled in my router.
*edit* I also tried to sh to my HDA and it said that the network is unreachable.
C:\Windows\system32>ipconfig /all

Amahi 7 networking on Ubuntu server
Re: Amahi 7 networking on Ubuntu server
Amahi 7 was built for Fedora 19 not Ubuntu. That may be your problem.
[SOLVED] Re: Amahi 7 networking on Ubuntu server
I did this and followed a few of the other peoples issues and managed to get everything up and running....for now. Thanks!Amahi 7 was built for Fedora 19 not Ubuntu. That may be your problem.
Re: Amahi 7 networking on Ubuntu server
It would be beneficial for others if you could share what you did to get things back on track. I presume you are using Fedora 19 if you have installed Amahi 7 as it does not exist for Ubuntu.
