Is there any issues with running AFP side by side with SMB?

I would like to get AFP going to ease the use of Time Machine on my Mac, but still connect via SMB from my PC clients.

I am having one, not sure how to have GreyHole and AFP work. If I point to the file share, GreyHole is not grabbing the files

Sorry about having no solution for the open issue. Moreover, I and probably some more Amahi fellows share the pain of missing afp/Time Machine integration in Amahi with you. However, I started a thread on possibilities to overcome this limitation with a crowd financing suggestion.
