Today we tested a bunch of installs on the Fedora 11 test repo. Thanks for Curbuntu, JanJacobs, bk and pxcrux for the tireless help in installing and reporting issues!
After some breakages (one of them fairly critical - it broke DNS) and fixes for them, we have now a very up to date F11 repo with:
- Legacy wiki removal
- Removal of PBA as we move to clonezilla
- Major cleanup of database cruft that was there from way back
- Fixes to the installer to adapt to these changes
- Updating the installer to install Rails 2.3.4
- Fixes for bug 336 for DNS correctness
- Dynamic selection of the language
- Porting some of the installer changes to the ubuntu installer
- Various other cleanups and improvements, such as setting
the title in the title bar properly for each HDA page
- Login window layout (yay!)
Let's get this baby out! Thanks for the help with testing!
Cheers!
