One issue that I keep having is that the DHCP server when ipconfig /all returns on a client PC is not the HDA:

On this particular post it shows as the correct IP of 192.168.1.20 however upon a reboot of the machine it shows the DHCP of the router (even tough DHCP is turned off on said router).
Anyone else having this problem? This occurs both wireless and on a wired connection.

for that to even be possible, the DHCP server in the router must be enabled, otherwise how would the client get that?

This is a good question of which I don't know the answer to. Under my F9 machine I did not have this problem.
