test release for bug #98 fix

UPDATE: this was released after some testing - thank you!

now that the big release is over, we have a few things trickling out ...
for those you out there who like the latest (you know who you are) ... interested in testing?

fixes bug #98.
the way to test is:
- prior to install, notice how the description for WebVNC *when it's installed* has broken html due to the field being too small
- uninstall webvnc
- rpm -Uvh that rpm above
- install webvnc and see it's description. should be fine
