Duplicate entries in Settings table?

Duplicate entries in Settings table?

Before I send in a bug report....

Via phpmyadmin, I see duplicate records in the settings table and they do not have the same value. I am ASSuMEing that the first record is what is used, but how did the duplicates get in there?

Dunno, but best to submit a bug. We will investigate it.
