No DNS entry for PBA

Postby petersenna » Sat Jan 10, 2009 7:30 am

Hi,

I'm using amahi for Fedora 9 and I can only access http://pba/ if I add a line at my hosts.conf:
10.0.0.10 pba

How to fix this on the server?

maybe the dns alias did not stick for some reason?
(wish we knew, to fix that reason!)

try this:

Code: Select all

hda-alias add pba
this will make sure the alias exists.

good strategy on adding it to the hosts.conf to figure it out!
