Amahi Time Machine Help

Im having trouble getting time machine to work on my server. The Amahi TM share shows up in finder, but when I go to the actual time machine app, it shows that there are two amahi TM drives to choose from.
Also, I followed the wiki to change the backup size, but it wont change. The time machine app will only register 50 GB's, which is too small for my drive.
I am fairly new to amahi and linux, so I dont know what logs you guys need to help. Just let me know if there is anything you need to see within my system to get this thing working.
