I recently upgraded to Fedora (19), and getting Crashplan going again has me stumped. I'm able to login to the headless server, and everything seems good to go, but whenever I try to start the backups I am told that the destination is unavailable. Oddly, when logged into the the server through the remote gui functionality I'm told that restore functionality is disabled by my administrator... Any thoughts on what's going on here?
I've played around with permissions on the target directory, as well as the actual location, as well as accessing (the non greyhole) directory through both a local mount point and it's actual location - non of this has impacted Crashplan calling it inaccessible, though it is able to see the directory contents when selecting destinations.
Destination Unavailable
Re: Destination Unavailable
Have you checked the CrashPlan site for help? This sounds something external to Amahi but possibly Fedora 19 related.

Re: Destination Unavailable
Still looking, but I haven't seen anything in the way of information on this appearing locally... And the restore unavailable thing supposedly shouldn't appear on the regular version of Crashplan at all.
I'm thinking I might try a manual install actually, although I'm not yet convinced this would be a great idea.

Re: Destination Unavailable
Yea it does seem odd. Maybe uninstall the app and do a reinstall. It could be there is something missing.
Did you check the /var/log/amahi-app-installer.log file for errors when installing CrashPlan?
This is not one of my favorite apps. Many seem to have difficulty getting it working correctly.

Re: Destination Unavailable
No errors in either an uninstall or the reinstall (already had tried packaged reinstall actually).
Re: Destination Unavailable
What are the permissions on the destination folder?
Have you checked out the CrashPlan article in the wiki?
This is not something I have seen before in the forums.
