Amahi Synch fails

I cannot get Amahi sync to work, and from my debugging it seems like the /etc/amahi-cloud.identity is rejected by the rsynch/ssh server.
Is there any way I can get this fixed ?

I tried the ssh command used by rsynch and it failed saying this:

Permission denied (publickey).

From amahi-sync log file:

rsync error: error in rsync protocol data stream (code 12) at io.c(605) [sender=3.0.9]
120620-212616-504511: sync ended with exit status: 12

Please email support with the details. This is something that will be addressed as soon as possible.

@jarlebh: thanks for the report. It appears that Amahi Sync servers are having difficulty scaling with the load.

We are working to address this situation both in the short term and also in the long term.

In the short term, we expect this to be fixed in ~24 hours. Thanks again for reporting the issue.

Hi,

We have released a first-stage fix for this issue. It appears to be working well, as the load stars to go down in our servers:

This first round was for 32bit system. We will do another round of updates for 64bit systems in the next few hours.
