Owncloud 6 iOS app problems

The iOS app from owncloud can't login to the username.yourhda.com, it can connect but no users can login, this problem only started after installing owncloud 6 for amahi.
I searched in the Owncloud forum and someone said it was server side and that his server admin fixed it.
Does anyone have a solution or should i file a bug?
