Unable to start Apache2

Hi,
Since this morning i have been unable to start Apache after a restart. I think there may have been updates but cant be sure.
This is the error i get:

I have tried quoting out the file it is asking for but then the hda page doesn't load and other apps don't load as expected.sudo service apache2 start
* Starting web server apache2 apache2: Syntax error on line 238 of /etc/apache2/apache2.conf: Could not open c onfiguration file /usr/share/hdactl/httpd/: No such file or directory
Action 'start' failed.
The Apache error log may have more information. [fail]
Anyone able to help?
