NFS Shares read only

Just in case anyone else is having this problem

With Ubuntu 12.04 if you want to set up nfs exports you will need to do it Manuel by editing the export file as apposed to using Webmin. I had created the export in webmin of my movies folder to share with my vortexbox server and noticed that no matter where in webmin i set the filesystem to read and write it was never included properly in the export file. resulting in a read only file system error. It appears to be a syntax error on the part of webmin which is funny because the syntax for nfs has been the same for a millenia.
