App dns entries

Postby othey » Thu Dec 13, 2012 3:11 pm

Hi has anyone else lost all the app dns entries?

The only dns entries I have are hxxx.home.com and static IP's and hda.home.com all the app ones are gone.

I have the same issue.

When I install Amahi on Ubuntu 12.04.1 LTS, I get the following errors

It appears that this is the only problem that I've seen. The applications work, if you add in host entries to your machine, which is a pain in the ass. But, it still works.

Was there a change that was pushed to the Ubuntu repo on Tuesday or Wednesday night?

OK I finished the install of amahi and installed linfo, and this time it worked.
Now I can install the rest of the apps.

Thanks for having this all fixed up

I had the same problems until the fix was pushed.
When I install new apps however, I get the message "server not found" when trying to open the app.
All previously installed apps work as expected.

Try a restart of the web server or reboot the HDA. See if that helps. I had a problem initially, but it worked itself out.

Also ensure that the client has it's DHCP/DNS from the HDA.
