Sabnzbd and Sickbeard permission issue

Hi all,
I am having some issues with Sickbeard processing the TV shows, it would seem to be a permissions issue, as they are locking out. When a file is downloaded, it seems to belong to "root" however the download directory appears to belong to "www-data"
The error I'm getting is:
2012-09-30 22:27:28.067714 CP Server Thread-7 :: Unable to move file /var/hda/files/TV/<showname>.avi to /var/hda/files/TV/<showname>/<showname>.avi: 13
I also get the same error if I change the download path to "Newsgroups".
I have CHMOD 777 the entire folder, however the new folder is created belonging to root, and the cycle starts again.
I am a little confused how to fix my permissions issue, please could someone help.
Many thanks in advance
EDIT: I have run " sudo chown root /var/hda/files/TV/ " and still get the same issue, even though both folders are now owned by root? :S

Question is how do we fix this? I checked the app and do not see anything that can be changed to affect permissions.

I really wish I knew.. I can only assume this is an issue being triggered from SAB as its the files it downloads being affected.
What I don't understand is why the same issues persist when the folder is now owned by root, I'm assuming its something to do with the download permissions...
Oh give me 2 mins....

I'm pretty sure I run into this before, just changed:
SABnzbd > Folders
Permissions for completed downloads 777
Will let you know...

My temp fixed setting it to 777 i believe
From there, the files will get process and copied over. But it still will leave the files in the complete folder. You have to manually go back and remove them because they are set as ROOT | ROOT, where sickbeard normally will delete them for you.
I have search google, but have no found a solution. I found this user having the same issue, but they were using unRAID
