It helps. It clarifies that it's an API issue.

It seems to persist but we cannot reproduce this (we fixed the API issue earlier today)

... so we will continue, by debugging deeper. Thanks for your patience.

Is there a chance you could allow us to VPN or ssh into the system?

Yes, looks like the API issue that cpg mentioned. Is this 32- or 64-bit?

Ok, thanks. Odd that I got it to install for me as 64-bit. Hoping we get this sorted out soon.

Its one of those things that never works for the customer but time you walk up, it starts back working...lol

Wonder if it only affects new installs? There does not seem to be a reliable pattern.

Is there a way to install it through Terminal.. This is a new machine plus Ubuntu is virtualized through VMware..

Would not make a difference unless you were installing manually. If you want to try that, I am sure Google will provide some guidance.

We hope you can wait for us to fix the app, but understand if you do not.
