CLOSED: EE router was good. New Sky Q router, stopped working.

Postby frackermak » Fri Feb 15, 2019 12:11 pm

New BB provider. (Sky Q)
Was using EE.
Can no longer see \\HDA on network.
In the settings of the Sky Router, Enable IPv6 DHCP Server is checked.
Should this be unchecked?

Other than Amahi, Sky router has settled in fine...

Thanks for any assistance.

Are you using the HDA for DHCP?

If so, yes the IPv6 DHCP Server needs to be unchecked.

Thanks for the reply.
Unfortunately I can’t remember.
Set it all up a long while ago…
Worked seamlessly for years.
Sonos uses it for ripped MP3s.

BTW, if you are using Amahi Ubuntu, we no longer support it.

Recommend you upgrade to the latest supported version, Amahi 11 on Fedora 27.
