Problems Installing on Ionics Stratus

I am a novice to both Linux and Amahi but have managed to get through the first 2 steps of the installation procedure on the wiki. I am now encountering a problem installing Amahi itself. When I try to access http://plug_ip_address:2000, I keep getting Error 102, server refused connection. As a result, I cannot launch installation of Amahi. I am using the Tera Term utility provided with the Ionics plug to connect to it. I am able to see a log of its activities, including some killed processes for chron and oom killer, whatever that is. Thanks in advance for any help to solve my problem.
