SOLVED: Users Can't Access Shares

Hello, I recently just got new internet installed and a new router (Google Wifi) hooked up. I redone my Amahi Server from scratch which is Amahi 11 with Fedora 27. I myself can log in with SSH , Amahi Dashboard and I can access shares. However, when one of the users thats been created tries to access shares etc .. \\IP ADDRESS it will tell them "The username or password is incorrect". I can use the same credentials and it can log into SSH perfectly fine, seems to just be the shares (samba). In the Amahi Dashboard under Network and settings I have the DHCP Server box unchecked. I'm letting my router handle everything, that's why I'm using \\IP ADDRESS instead of \\HDA.
I have tried accessing the HDA via \\IP ADDRESS and \\HDA
I have tried to add HDA to windows Host file
I made sure there window machine and the server has the same credentials
I restarted both window machines and the HDA, Samba Server.
Not sure why users cant log into a network share via \\IP ADDRESSS but can under SSH?
Thanks!!!!
