My tv folder is having permissions issues with greyhole and plex, but permissions are exactly the same on my movies shares with no issues.
Permissions are 1st admin user and 0775.

I can't find anything that explains the permissions errors. It is like there is some kind of hidden permissions for apps.

Try resetting permissions on the share via the dashboard.

There is an icon to reset permissions when you expand the share in the tab.

See if that helps.

Thank you!! Fixed the issue. Is there an explanation somewhere of what that would have fixed or changed?

Only things I can think of is there was a folder or file with incorrect permissions, so doing that fixed it.

Anytime you have permissions issues with a share, try that first.

Typically takes care of the problem.
