I an unable to rename or delete a file in a share, even as root. I have mount_shares_locally running and am accessing directly as well. Permissions are set to 775. I have logged into the hda as the two different users, each with administrator privileges, and get permission errors when trying to delete or rename files and folders. When I ssh into the hda, I get permission denied as well. Even as root I cannot modify or delete a file or directory. What do I need to change in order to modify the shares?

Recommend you stop the mount_shares_locally script.

Then go to the Shares tab in the dashboard. Find the share and choose the reset permissions icon.

Once complete, try deleting a file.

If you are not manipulating files directly on the HDA via command line, I would not use the mount_shares_locally script.
