WINSCP/SAMBA

Hi I installed new Amahi 11. It is a fresh install.
I am trying to transfer files from Windows 10 PC using windows share mount or Using WinSCP.
Share folders I can read but can't write and keep on getting the error.
WINSCP is very slow. It will take 8 min to transfer a 8MB file.
This windows 10 pc is connected wired.
It has assigned fixed IP address from HDA web UI.
Please help?
