How to prevent users from viewing Samba shares of Amahi apps?

My specific example is OwnCloud. Obviously, to access files on OwnCloud via its web interface or its client, you must log in with your own account. However, OwnCloud's data is all stored in a Samba share which anyone with a Samba login can enter and view, and thus view all the data of other users. How can I disable this? I am fine with completely disabling Samba, as I intend to use OwnCloud for everything instead of Samba shares, as of now, but disabling Samba also disables OwnCloud.
