Hard Drive is filling, not sure why

I have several dives in my Amahi 7 server, but my main 'OS' drive is a 128GB SSD.
Normally, there's around 90GB free, but for some reason it's down to 40.
When I run
it shows

Filesystem Size Used Avail Use% Mounted on
/dev/sda3 114G 69G 40G 64% /
I'm unable to find where the extra 50GB is used. What can I do/search for?

Could it be the result of an app? What about Greyhole? That is default location of the LZ.

This is what I'd look into also,be sure that your share LZ/'s are located on the biggest drive in your pool.Or move them to several different drives in the pool(this is what I always do).

yes, it does seem the greyhole is having issues keeping up. when I check the logs I see items like:

In that case, you may want to relocate the
Landing Zone.

I'm ok with where the LZ is now, it lets me keep an eye out for odd things like this, as my main OS drive tends to stay static.
I am seeing some enties in the log I'm not sure if an issue or not.

is the debug line, or the shear repetition of the entries anything to worry about?

Should be ok. It's trying to tell you that there are jobs pending. If it persists, you might need to clear the queue. There is guidance in the wiki for that command.

I tried that, no change yet, still getting lots of pending operations. It's been a few days, still no file movement.

Yes that is correct. Something must be stuck. Check the Greyhole queue and consider clearing it.
The wiki has guidance for the process.
