Added 3TB Drive won't share full drive

I have installed Amahi 7 Expresss on a 40GB drive and all is fine. Then following the wiki for adding driver greater than > 2.1TB, I added a 3TB drive, with each step appearing to work properly. Running cfdisk, it showed the partition size as 3000592.99 MB.

After formatting and mounting the drive etc, when I log into HDA, it only shows the drive size as 746 GB. cfdisk shows the size to be 801569, with 2199023 available for a new partition. Can someone explain what I missed?

Not sure what could be the issue.

Have you searched the internet for a solution? The drive mounting/reporting is OS specific and not Amahi related.

Do you have other 2TB+ drives installed? Also check your bios,and see if your using ACHI or UFEI try switching to one or the other & reboot.
