See if you can access the shares in Windows via the run command box and enter \\hda.
just tried but had no luck... same problem i can only access the shares that were not in the greyhoole pool.
I don’t know if it helps but mi hardware configuration is:

/dev/sda1 200 GB 200 GB 10 GB (6%) /var/hda/files
/dev/sdb1 4 GB 3 GB 80 MB (3%) /boot
/dev/sdb2 30 GB 30 GB 50 MB (1%) /home
/dev/sdb5 100 GB 100 GB 6 GB (6%) /
/dev/sdc1 900 GB 400 GB 400 GB (49%) /var/hda/files/drives/drive1
/dev/sdd1 900 GB 400 GB 400 GB (49%) /var/hda/files/drives/drive2
none 4 MB 4 MB 0 Bytes (0%) /var/spool/greyhole/mem

The weird thing is that I can still access all my shares from the android app....

Try resetting the DHCP lease on the Windows machine.

Also take a look at Shares troubleshooting page in the wiki.

BTW, this is a CLOSED thread. If the issue persists, please start a new thread.
