Newbie question
Re: Newbie question
No, does not matter. If you want them listed in order, then you would need to make it that way. I you have not done so, recommend you search these forums as I remember someone having this issue a while back. There was a solution, just cannot remember what it was.

Last thing i try. Could you check the greyhole.log and tell if it seems OK.
Thank you.

Re: Newbie question
Looks ok to me. Did you check the ownership of the /var/hda/files/drives? Everything must be owned by your firstadminuser:users and the file permissions should be 775.
If any of these are incorrect, things will not work correctly.

Re: Newbie question
Nope, seems you added your system drive to the pool, there is a warming in the ui to tell you you shall not! Second from reading back it seems that your system drive is not the first drive, i.e. sda, check your cabling, this can cause strange behavior. It has to be on the first controller port.Last thing i try. Could you check the greyhole.log and tell if it seems OK.

Re: Newbie question
Good catch. That may be the issue.

Re: Newbie question
For there are no 2TB IDE drives, I assume that you installed your system on the IDE.... Bad Choice. This will slow down your system. I recommend a clean install on one of your sata drives. You can add the IDE drive later for greyhole storage if you really need it. You can however keep your setup if your BIOS allows to set the ide as your first drive. If you decide to keep it, at least set the greyhole landing zones to the faster and bigger drives, see the wiki for a howto.Hi guys,
