Crashplan issues with added external drive

Postby hawkesite » Fri Jan 13, 2012 9:02 pm

Crashplan ran out of memory backing up one of my network machines, so I added another 1TB external drive. Crashplan doesn't seem to recognize that new drive, even though the server shows it as available space. What am I doing wrong?

Check their web site as there might be some help there. We get it installed, but how it works or does not work is out of our control.

I was hoping for a user who had experienced this problem and their input, but thanks.

No problem. There may not be a user who has had this problem. That is why I suggested the web site.

If there is, then they will reply hopefully.
