have just added more drive to HDA
i ran hda-diskmount added
/var/hda/files/drives/drive1
but i reboot it was gone so ran hda-diskmount
again and it add /var/hda/files/drives/drive2
i now have all the way upto /hda/files/drives/drive7
1-7 are all the same drive.......... how can i remove 2-7 and just keep
/var/hda/files/drives/drive1
ps i have /var/hda/files/drives/drive1 setup the right way now all is good with /var/hda/files/drives/drive1
just need help removing 2-7

Someting went wrong. Just do it manually, it's easy.
To correct what was done by the script:
1. first make sure your drive is not mounted. You can do this by looking at mount, and unmount the new mount points with "umount /dev/hda/files/drives/driveN".
2. you can now delete the mount point folders you don't need in /dev/hda/files/drives (make sure you did point 1 and checked its empty).
3. now follow this page from the wiki to add your drive : https://wiki.amahi.org/index.php/Adding ... o_your_HDA (You will use /dev/hda/files/drives instead of /var/hda/drives/ as your folder structure is setup differently than the amahi default.)
edit: but if it was working and the drive was removed after reboot, it was perhaps not properly entered in /etc/fstab. You might want to start checking this first and fix the problem there if needed -> "nano /etc/fstab")

cool thank you i worked out how to get it to /var/hda/drives/drive1 and used rmdir on /var/hda/files/drives/drive2-7 and all is great thank you so much ..... ps iam starting to see the power of linux
