Access Shares, Win7 Problem!
Posted: Mon Aug 29, 2011 3:10 pm
Ok. Here i go. I do not usually post on forums. I almost always find a solution. But this time....i simply can´t. So thanks in advanced for some help!
I switch a couple years ago, from WHS>HDA, and i do like it.
There has been some nasty bugs on the way....and I have run in to some problems before, but its usually been solved.
One thing that i do still have a loot of problems with, is the renaming of folders....when many folders are involved..(I know you are aware of this, and hopefully soon to be roled out as an solution! But this post is not about that...)
So..in short version:
I can´t access my Shares, through Win7 explorer.
Yes: I have read the Troubleshooting, i also have read probably every post 3 times about Shares problem.
I created a new account (lower cases etc), no luck..
I see my folders, in explorer, When prompt for User/Pass... it rejects.. after a couple of times..the famous ErrCode: 0x80070035
I even tried what someone sad, about "cleaning the registry", with no luck..
I now that i can press "CTRL-F5" and have a few new tries..and aslo to mount the share locally..nothing works..
I have looked at the Srv itself (Using TeamV) and the files ARE THERE.
I still just think, it has something to do with Fault permissions to the Folders.
I can access my own folder (named: enzo).
A few weeks ago, i also created a new Folder, called Test..and that worked!!! for a few days??
Ohh....This will be my third week..with forum readings..and hopefully someone can help me.
I am not so good with all commands yet, (as i never used Linux before) so please bare with me, and i would be grateful for all help.
PS. This Forum, is nice to read, as i must say, the Developers are Really active! Nice to see.
Regards
