Can see directories but I cannot see files (symlinks?) WIN7

New to Amahi, just spent past couple hours browsing forums and I haven't found an answer, please redirect me if i missed it.

I just set up Amahi to work with pooling of several HDD's / partitions. I have no trouble seeing the shares or adding files to them. I copied my music collection into the music share and for about 10 minutes i had no trouble accessing the files. Within a few minutes i lost the ability to see the files (Greyhole replaced them with symlinks?) the directories remained intact. I read this article: http://wiki.amahi.org/index.php/Mount_Shares_Locally and can see the files locally so i don't think it is a greyhole issue.

What i need to know is if there is anything i need to do to allow Windows 7 / my macbook to actually interact with the symlinks?
