Move /home directory

Hey Guys
I got Amahi installed recently and and loving it.
I also added a 2nd HDD for my data storage.
Right now the /home dir is located on the 1st drive (OS). I would like to move it to the 2nd HDD where I have all my data stored. I followed the wiki for adding a 2nd drive and that is setup and working.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
