grant access to share folder and remove it : bug ?

Hi there,
New in Amahi, I'm discovering and testing it, for my knowledge and futur use,
and,
I remarq that :

1) when you grant access a username to a folder,
no problem, the account can read/write, access, to this shared folder, instantly !

2) and then, when you remove grant access
well, the user STILL have access to the shared folder !!!! ?

So,
I try to restart the SAMBA server, once I removed the grants,
AND then,
the user lose his rights to access it. Well it's work.

So,
Is it a bug ? or a feature...I mean, when you unmark the grant to a folder into the GUI of HDA/setup, is it necessary to restart SAMBA manually to apply modifications ?

Hello and thanks for the feedback. This could be a bug. Please post the details at bugs.amahi.org and the developer will take a look at it.

Also, ensure you have performed all the Fedora 12 updates as there were some for Samba. If you have not, do so and then see if the problem still exists.

well, still testing my new HDA Home Server to learn about it !

My Fedora12 is up to date.

So I try to post onto bugs.amahi.org, but really I don't manage to do it !
Please help : howto post a bugs report ?
