Well i seem to have it working. I went into the settings on the client side and changed the DNS settings to that of the server. I than gave it a manual ip and put in the router address, and i can now load the applications by clicking on them in the dashboard. Its a start, but i need to do further tests to see if it solved the whole problem. UPDATE: I am still having problems with file moving.

File moving how? Moving from folder to folder or from server to client and vice versa?
Having problems with connecting to the internet? Try the Network Troubleshooter.

Not sure what your Gateway IP? Head on over to the Find Your Gateway IP page to find out easily.

OK: that's why Amahi works with Mac, Windows and Linux -- now back to the job at hand. You can setup your machines with fixed IP configs that point at the Amahi HDA as the DNS server, while leaving TIme Capsule as the DHCP server. That should fix the file sharing issues you are having!

Note: you can also setup the fixed IPs on the setup tab of Amahi http://setup
