SOLVED: Access HDA folders
I'm configuring SickBeard on HDA referencing to Amahi wiki. One requirement is to copy'n'paste file from var/hda/webapps/sickbeard. Currently I can access hda network drive but only some predefined folders like books, docs, movies...I'm wondering how I can visit that var folder? On the amahi web portal or configure any local setting to flesh it out. Thanks.
Re: Access HDA folders
Has to be done via command line. You can use a web app such as Shell in a Box

or using putty.

You will need elevated privileges, know as root user access.

I'm quite rookie to HDA. Could you please introduce some wiki page so I can learn some command basics? Thanks.Has to be done via command line.

There are many sites on the internet. We have some guidance in the wiki, but limited for how to use linux.
