Turns out my smb.conf file had:

[Movies] comment = Movies path = /var/hda/files/movies writeable = yes browseable = yes valid users = brek, guest write list = brek create mask = 0775 force create mode = 0664 directory mask = 0775 force directory mode = 0775 dfree command = /usr/bin/greyhole-dfree vfs objects = greyhole
Changing "writeable" from "yes" to "no" allows me to write with user 'brek' but not with user 'guest'. Same with deleting. Only 'brek' is able to delete files. Thanks again guys!
